With over 15 years of experience in Technical Communication and Human-Computer Interaction, Kris is regarded as a European leading reference in the field. After graduating as a communication scientist in 1984, Kris passed a brief spell as a scientific assistant at the Center for Communication Sciences in Leuven. At the same time, Kris, who is always working on something, began to write user manuals and developing user interfaces. In 1989 he founded a company in Brussel specializing in user interface design. In 1992 Kris founded Human Interface Group together with Christel Dehaes.
