| After her graduation as a translator, Valerie decided to continue her studies and completed her Romance Philology studies in the following two years. During this time, she specialized in French and Italian and took evening courses English. After a professional experience in a translation office and a large international bank, she joined Human Interface Group. | ![]() |
Valerie spends most of her spare time with family and friends and loves to read, go to the movies or a concert or work out. Once a year, she tries to explore a new part of the world.
Expertise
Valerie is an expert in designing user interfaces for highly complex business applications and products in a large number of industries such as financial, pharmaceutical, public utility and consumer-electronics. These projects include different platforms varying from revolutionary desktop applications to top-notch touchscreen devices. She worked on numerous national and international assignments for clients like Elia, Toyota Motor Europe, Axa Bank, Electrabel, De Lijn, Corilus, Niko and Federale Politie. Just to name a few.
As a lector, she also participates in the Usability Certification Program.
