In this training, you will be taught a structured and methodic way to integrate all UX aspects in the entire development process of your product.

It offers you a unique opportunity to get certified as HIGroup UX Specialist. When you have followed the training and successfully completed a practical case, you will receive a certificate. From that moment on, you are a HIGroup Certified UX Specialist. 

All training sessions are led by Human Interface Group UX Experts. They each work for at least 10 years in technology development projects, so they know all ins and outs and they will shower you with lots of real-life examples, do’s and don’ts.

No special skills or knowledge are required.

Program

The complete program consists of 5 training days:

Day 1, 2, 3 and 4:

Sessions and workshops about the essential topics of UX design, such as user, task and context analysis, UX design for desktop, web, mobile and touch, UX testing, UX tools, standardization and Change Management.

Days 1 and 2 and days 3 and 4 are scheduled successively, over a period of two weeks. This enables you to assimilate the sessions of the first two days and note down questions that can be discussed during day 3 and 4.

Day 5:

Presentation of practical cases. Day 5 follows about two months after day 4. During this time you can work on your practical case and if you need support or advice you call on the UX Expertise of Human Interface Group.

Software architects, business analysts, functional analysts, developers, web builders, software trainers, project managers, product managers, training managers, people responsible for communication/quality, HR managers, marketing managers en sales managers.

Objectives

After having completed the practical case successfully, you will receive the HIGroup Certified UX Specialist certificate.
